Cultural Activities:
Inter Houses Competitions are held Art, Quiz, Dance, Dramatics, Public Speaking, Science exhibition, Debates and Elocution Contest.
Work Experience:
Simple Crafts, Art, Painting, Poster Making, Models, Floriculture, Skill in various fields are developed through practice and competitions.
Prefectural System:
Students of the school has been divided vertically houses IV :- Gandhi House, Nehru House, Shubhas House and Azad house each house has one Girl and one Boy perfect the Head Boy/ Girl are appointed to lead the team. Each Houses has a house week by rotation during which the house perform various activities.
Parent's Day:
Second Saturday of every month is fixed for parent's day when parent's have interaction with the teachers. Parents also discuss with the staff and principal various aspects of Education. Parents meet is followed by staff meeting to deliberate on the steps to be taken of the suggestion of the parents.
Physical Fitness:
Games in almost all the disciplines are organized in the school for medical checkup the services of local doctors will be made available twice every year. For minor ailments and injuries first aid is given in the school itself for serious illness and injury the child is rushed to the nearest Hospital and Parent is informed.
Projects:
Students are guided to take up and Projects on various topic of Science, Geography, Environment, etc. The best projects are awarded Merit certificate.
RULES OF SCHOOL FEES
- School Fees must be paid in Advance latest by 15th of every month.
- Those who fail to pay by this date will pay 25th of the same month.
- Late fee Rs. 5 per day will have to be paid by the fee defaulters who are late by two months.
- If a student fails to pay school fees for two months He/ She will not be allowed to attend classes after the expiry of two months.
- Fee card will be issued in the beginning of the new session a payment receipt must be obtained from the fee counter and entries made in the card.
WITH DRAWALS
Student will be withdrawn from the school about the reason of:-
- Students, whose fees are in arrears for more than 3 months.
- Students, who fail twice in the same class.
- Students, whose conduct in the opinion of the school disciplinary committee is detrimental to the interests of the school.
- Students, whose parents have applied for a transfer certificate on valid grounds.
LEAVE RULES
- Every student must complete minimum 75% attendance to appear in the annual examination.
- Application for leave of the absence must be signed by the parents.
- Half day leave will not be granted.
- Parent will be informed if a student to sit in the class oaring to sudden illness.
- Student will be fined for unauthorized absence.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
Boys:- Cheque Shirt (Half sleeve), Cream (Badami) Shorts/ trousers, Black shoes, Badami Shocks, Neck tie, School Belt.
Girls:- Cream (Badami) half sleeve shirt, Chequed plated skirts, Black shoes, Cream Shocks, Cream Stocking, Tumics for grib of Nursery, L.K.G, and U.K.G, school belt, Kurta, Pazama up to class VIIIth.
P.T. Uniform:-
Boys:- T. Shirts, Shorts/ Trousers acc. to houses, White Socks and Shoes of Canvas.
Girls:- T. Shirts, White tunic (Nursery, L.K.G, and U.K.G) White Skirt, White Stocking and White canvas shoes.
SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
A) Formative Evaluation:-
1st Term (SA1) - 30% + (FA1+FA2=20%) = 50%
2nd Term(SA2) - 30% + (FA3+FA4 = 20%) = 50%
Annual Examination – FA1+FA2+FA3+FA4+SA1+SA2
B) Summative Evaluation : Total of the above
Numerical Marks on Subject will be converted into grades on the following pattern:-
